Welcome to the online payment system. All attendees, including co-presenters and non-presenting attendees, must pay two fees by May 31, 2027 (Greenwich Time, hereafter): the 2027-2028 CSE membership fee + participation fee. Our online payment system for conference registration will be closed after May 31, 2027, though that for 2027-2028 CSE membership remains open yearly round.

注一：会籍费一律不予退还。参会费可以于2027年5月31日之前给学会电子邮件申请退还（主题请注明：“申请退回参会费”，并附上有支付者姓名、转账日期和转账号码的支付收据或截图），5月31日之后恕不再退费（因此日之后年会有不退订金的预订服务）。此外，退还参会费将被在线支付系统自动收取15%手续费（请理解并非学会收取该笔手续费）。

Note 1: No refund for Membership Fee. Refund of Participation Fee for CSE 2027 may be requested asap (no later than May 31, 2027). Please write to CSE's email with the Subject of "Refund Application for Participation Fee", with the named receipt or screenshot of your payment with a transaction number, as after that day our conference reservations require unrefundable deposit for services contracted. Meanwhile, a 15% processing fee will be charged automatically by the online payment system (please be noted this processing fee is not charged by nor belongs to the CSE).

注二：年会只接受在线注册缴费（无现场临时注册缴费服务）。

Note 2: Membership and participation fees are both accepted online only (no walk-in or on-site registration/payment available).

注三：年度会籍自缴费日起该年度内有效。
